Doulas play an extraordinary role in the journey of motherhood, offering support and guidance to expectant parents as they traverse the unfamiliar ground that lies between life before, and life after the birth of a child.

Serving as your unwavering advocate, it is my upmost honor and privilege to help cultivate an environment where you feel heard, respected, and in control of your own transformative experience.

My work is founded in a desire to provide families with nurturing, attentive, and empowering support throughout San Diego County seeking Birth Support, Lactation Consulting, Childbirth Education, Placenta Encapsulation, Prenatal Yoga, and Community Building.
